About

With thousands of cease and desist letters being sent to individuals, non lawyers, and small corporations not able to afford costly litigation, it has become common to publish such letters to open a discussion about the legal role in quashing free speech. If you are embarrassed by your accusations, you probably shouldn’t be writing such letters. Many of these letters contain slanderous and false accusations, malicious in intent.

Threatening legal action shouldn’t receive any privacy presumption.

You are welcome to comment on any post in this blog to discuss letters and legal issues that arise from such C&D letters.
