www.raphaeldarmon.com – Abuse and Identity Theft

Re: http://www.raphaeldarmon.com – Abuse and Identity Theft

I am writing to you on behalf of our client, Mr. Raphaël Darmon, a French citizen, who works as a lawyer at Bredin Prat, an international law office based in Paris.

It has been revealed recently, that Mr. Raphaël Darmon’s ex-girlfriend, an Israeli citizen, named **********, against whom we have initiated legal proceedings in Israel, for harassment, use of personal name and of personal information in order to damage our client’s reputation and theft of identity, has created a website last July on the name of our client, http://www.raphaeldarmon, for the purpose of damaging his excellent reputation and good name.

On this website, she has published his private photos, private conversations, and other contents originating from her own imagination, which are damaging our client’s reputation and most importantly risking his professional position.

Our investigation has led us to your company, which is responsible for the registration and the hosting of this website and thus responsible for any damage it may cause to our client.

Therefore, I hereby request you to delete this domain immediately and forbid its use in your server in order to minimize the damage already caused to our client.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, at our office, or on my personal mobile number as follows:+xxx.xx.xxx.xxxx.

Please note that we have copies of our client’s identification documents in our possession, should you wish to be provided with evidence of his identity.

I thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Yours sincerely,

Gal Dahan, adv.
